No. Because JayLab, Pro is a web-based company, in order to maintain an accurate inventory, we cannot manually add, replace, or remove any item once an order has been submitted for any reason.  If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please call us at 1-888-9GETPRO or submit a ticket and we will discuss your options.

It does cost more to ship to Canada. Depending on where you live in Canada you may also experience a customs delivery fee that you will see added to your order.  This is based on your location in Canada as different areas require different customs fees.  

You may cancel your autoship by logging into your account and clicking on "autoship items".  On that module you will click "stop" and confirm your decision.  At that point all future shipments will be stopped.  Any order that transacted on the same day as your auto ship was turned off will not be stopped.  Please call 1-888-9GETPRO for more assistance.

You may change the your autoship date by logging into your acount and clicking on 'autoship items'. You are able to change the date within this module.

That information is available in your customer account.  You may log into that account via www.jaylabpro.com.  Click on the autoship module, there you will see a link called "details". That will open a box where you can track your shipments.

Please note: if you are a Canadian customer you will need to track your shipment from www.canadapost.ca.

If your number begins with a '7' this is a tracking number.

If your number begins with a '2' or a '4' this is a reference number and will need to be tracked through the reference box.

To view/edit your autoship information please log in to your account and click on the 'Auto-Ship Items' link.  On that page you can change the number of items you receive, the date you received them, and turn off/on your auto ship.

JayLab Pro accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Currently, our billing system does not accept gift cards or PayPal payments. Since all orders are placed online, we cannot accept money orders or checks.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  Due to the cost of International shipping and certain customs restrictions, we are unable to offer product that offers free shipping.

JayLab, Pro ships to over 80 countries.  Once you have placed an item in your shopping cart, click on the "Country" field.  If you do not see your country listed, we currently do not offer shipping to that country.

You are entitled to a 60 day refund on any products you purchased from us. To receive your refund submit a ticket in the client care section of our site. To request a refund please contact us via ticket or by calling 1-888-9GETPRO to request a return form.  You will need to return the product, along with the return form, to us in order to receive a refund.
